We will store personal information necessary to manage your financial accounts. We will not hold your data for any other purpose than assisting you managing your financial accounts. This does mean sharing your data with selected third parties in order to do this but these companies, in turn, are strictly forbidden from sharing your data with anyone else. We will never use your data for our own marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data will be stored in encrypted secure electronic systems available only to The Book Keepers employees within the UK. Any paper documentation you send to us which has your personal details on it is stored in secure filing cabinets in our secure offices. Again only The Book Keepers staff will have access to these files.
We do not collect any information on this website. A Google maps plugin is used to display our office location, which sends analytical data back to Google, but we do not track or record anything our site visitors do.

We may change this policy from time to time, in response to changes in the law or for operational reasons.
